癌症症状群亚组研究的文献计量学分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的应用文献计量学方法分析国内外癌症症状群亚组的研究现状及存在问题,为今后该领域的研究提供参考。方法在中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、维普中文生物医学期刊数据库（VIP）、中国知网、万方数据库、PubMed、Ebsco、Web of science中进行检索,收集自建库至2018年10月公开发表的有关癌症症状群亚组的研究文献,并进行描述性统计分析。结果最终纳入文献16篇,发文量从2009年开始呈上升趋势,其中1篇国内文献,其余为国外文献,横断面研究和纵向研究各8篇。当前的症状群亚组研究热点主要包括：（1）纳入分析的症状群内症状数目3~13个,以疼痛-疲乏-睡眠障碍-抑郁症状群为主,每篇文献探索到的症状群亚组数量2~6个。（2）基于不同依据进行特定症状群亚组分析;（3）症状群各亚组患者在人口学资料、临床特征及生活质量上的差异;（4）症状群亚组与分子水平（炎症因子、炎症基因等）的关系。结论近几年癌症症状群亚组研究已受国内外学者关注,但存在地域发展不平衡、研究方法不统一等问题。需开展高质量的症状群亚组识别研究,使纳入人群更加具体、方法更趋科学统一,并关注癌症症状群亚组对患者结局的影响以及症状群发生的机制,从而促进未来临床实践中癌症症状群的管理。
