心血管疾病老年患者社会隔离影响因素及管理策略进展

摘要： 目的 分析心血管疾病老年患者社会隔离的影响因素,提出管理策略,为相关研究或制定临床干预对策提供参考依据。方法 检索国内外相关文献,从影响因素和管理策略进行总结和分析,并提出展望。结果 心血管疾病老年患者社会隔离发生的影响因素包括：人口学变量、生活活动能力下降与慢病共存状态、衰弱和消极情绪、家庭环境、社会环境。管理策略包括：同伴支持干预、团队心理干预、社会网络干预、心脏康复、动物辅助干预等。结论 未来可结合我国心血管疾病老年患者情况,全面分析我国心血管疾病老年患者社会隔离的影响因素和社会需求;构建有效的社会隔离管理方案减轻其社会隔离感。
