行为改变轮理论概述及临床护理应用进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的概述行为改变轮理论,探讨其在临床护理领域中的应用与启示,以期为国内研究者应用该理论提供参考。方法检索国内外行为改变轮理论相关研究文献,从行为改变轮理论的内中外3层框架、指导设计干预方案的3步骤、临床护理领域中的应用效果及启示等方面进行综述。结果行为改变轮理论用于干预方案的构建,能够提高患者依从性,促进术后自我管理,减少负性心理。结论行为改变轮理论能为行为分析、行为理解和行为改变干预方案的构建提供系统的理论指导,对于临床护理干预有重要的参考价值。
