医院衰弱风险评分在老年住院患者不良结局预测中的应用进展

摘要: 目的 对医院衰弱风险评分在老年住院患者不良结局预测进行综述,为改善老年住院患者预后,降低死亡率提供参考。方法 检索国内外关于医院衰弱风险的相关文献,从医院衰弱风险评分工具的开发、应用现状及对未来使用进行总结、展望。结果 医院衰弱风险评分可以评估老年住院患者衰弱的工具,更有效帮助医护人员预测老年住院患者的死亡率、住院延长率、术后不良事件及总住院费用等结局。结论 根据我国老年住院患者的具体情况,引进医院衰弱风险评分,结合临床基础数据,提高预测效能,降低患者不良事件的发生。
