虚拟现实技术在注意缺陷多动障碍儿童康复中的应用进展

摘要: 目的 对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童康复中常见的虚拟现实技术及其在辅助评估和干预训练方面的应用进行综述,以期为促进注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的康复提供参考。方法 检索相关文献,梳理注意缺陷多动障碍儿童康复中常见虚拟现实技术在辅助评估和干预训练方面的设计特点及应用情况。结果 在辅助评估方面,虚拟现实技术主要与连续行为任务测试、机器学习模型相结合。在干预训练方面,虚拟现实技术主要与课堂任务、严肃游戏、运动锻炼、神经生物反馈训练相结合。结论 虚拟现实技术与其他形式的结合运用可提高注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的评估准确性,改善其治疗依从性,提升干预结果。
