伤口造口专科护理敏感质量指标研究进展及改进策略

摘要： 目的 对伤口造口专科护理敏感质量指标的构建与应用研究进展进行综述,为我国学者进一步研究与应用护理敏感质量指标,推动护理质量持续改进提供参考。 方法 全面检索国内外相关文献,简单阐述护理敏感质量指标的开发过程、指标要素及研究方法,重点归纳、总结国内外伤口造口专科护理敏感质量指标构建与应用研究现状,分析当前研究存在的不足,提出改进策略。 结果 当前国内外学者对伤口造口专科护理敏感质量指标的构建与应用研究较少,指标的构建与应用过程都存在一定的局限性。 结论 建议我国学者与护理管理者充分重视护理敏感质量指标的应用价值,立足于我国伤口造口专科发展现状,积极探索构建科学、灵敏、实用的指标,并在实践应用中对指标进行检验与修订,促进护理质量持续改进。
