摘要： 目的 系统评价父母为新生儿提供皮肤接触护理的体验。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、EBSCO、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、Science Direct、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库,收集有关新生儿父母对皮肤接触体验的质性研究,检索时限自建库至2020年4月。按照“澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准”评价,采用汇集性整合方法对结果进行归纳分析。结果 共纳入17个研究,提炼出29个明确的研究结果,并对结果进行归纳后形成7个新的类别,进一步综合得到3个整合结果,分别为：角色感知与强化;情感体验;需求与期待。结论 医疗机构及医护人员需关注皮肤接触对父母带来的体验并理解其需求,给予必要的专业指导与支持,以期促进父母对新生儿皮肤接触护理。

Abstract: Objective To systematically review parents' experience of skin to skin contact for newborns. Methods We searched databases including PubMed, Web of Science,EBSCO, EMbase, Cochrane Library, Science Direct, CNKI, Wanfang and CBM from the inception to April 2020, to collect qualitative studies on parents' experience of skin to skin contact for newborns. The quality of included studies was evaluated according to the JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia and the results were integrated. Results A total of 17 studies were included and 29 complete findings were grouped into 7 categories. These categories generated 3 synthesized findings: role perception and reinforcement; emotional experience and demand and expectation. Conclusion Health institutions and medical staff should pay attention to the important impact of skin to skin contact on parents and their needs for it, and provide necessary professional guidance and support, thus to promote further clinical application of skin to skin contact care.
