痴呆患者家庭照顾者连带病耻感的研究进展

摘要： 目的 综述痴呆患者家庭照顾者的连带病耻感研究进展,为制定规范、科学的护理服务措施提供理论参考。方法 对相关文献资料进行检索,总结归纳国内外关于痴呆患者家庭照顾者连带病耻感测量工具、影响因素及干预措施的研究进展。结果 痴呆照顾者连带病耻感相关测评工具为连带病耻感量表、阿尔茨海默氏病的家庭耻辱感量表与家庭耻辱感压力量表;影响因素主要包括人口学因素、疾病因素与社会因素;干预措施主要以3个方面进行,即增加公众与照顾者疾病认知、提高痴呆照顾者照顾技能和减轻痴呆照顾者照顾压力。结论 我国缺乏根据国情开发的痴呆家庭照顾者连带病耻感量表,此外,痴呆家庭照顾者连带病耻感的影响因素多,但我国干预方式较单一,未来应借鉴国外相关研究结果,探索出适合我国国情与满足照顾者需求的干预措施是下一步研究的重要方向。
