基于PubMed护理人力资源信息化管理研究热点的共词聚类分析

摘要： 目的 分析 PubMed 数据库中护理人力资源信息化管理研究的热点,了解该领域研究现状及发展趋势。方法 以 PubMed 收录的护理人力资源信息化管理相关文献为研究对象,使用 Bicomb 2.0、SPSS 25.0对主题词进行词频分析和共词聚类分析。结果 共纳入414篇文献,获得高频主题词36个,占总频次累计百分比为30.8%。通过共词聚类分析总结出护理人力资源信息化管理研究的5个热点：护理人力资源信息化管理的设计与实现;卫生保健提供的信息化发展;护理人力资源信息化发展的实践与应用;基于信息化管理的人文建设;护理信息化教育。战略坐标中,“护理人力资源信息化管理的设计与实现”位于第1象限;“护理人力资源信息化发展的实践与应用”位于第2象限;“卫生保健提供的信息化发展”位于第3象限;“护理信息化教育”和“基于信息化管理的人文建设”位于第4象限。结论 护理人力资源信息化管理研究热点分析有助于了解该领域的研究现状及发展趋势。数据质量及其标准化建设、高级卫生信息学专业认证、信息化系统开发与引入及社区卫生信息化建设的多学科合作等是未来研究的方向。
