中老年牙周病患者牙周护理干预研究进展

摘要： 目的 概述中老年牙周病患者牙周护理干预的现状及研究进展,为今后研究及临床实践工作提供指导与方向。方法 查阅收集并整理中老年牙周病患者牙周护理干预的相关文献,并进行汇总分析。结果 中老年牙周病患者牙周护理干预主要包括指导掌握正确刷牙方法、选用正确的刷牙工具、选择正确清洁牙缝工具、牙龈按摩保健、叩齿吞津保健、饮食与运动干预、疾病预防指导,并归纳各种干预形式具体实施方法、内容、注意事项等特点。结论 中老年牙周病患者牙周护理干预形式多样,尚不全面,今后可采用多学科团队合作模式,深入对牙周护理干预的研究,制定中老年全面系统的牙周护理干预策略,有效预防及治疗牙周疾病,从而提高中老年患者的口腔健康水平。
