基于PubMed数据库的居家养老服务研究热点分析

摘要： 目的分析PubMed数据库中2013—2017年居家养老服务的研究热点,旨在为我国居家养老服务的发展提供参考。方法在PubMed数据库中以“home care services”,“aged”为主题词进行检索,采用BICOMB 2.0对主题词进行统计分析,运用SPSS 21.0进行系统聚类分析。结果共纳入2 265篇文献,截取36个高频主题词,总词频数为2 935,归纳出7个研究类团即7个研究热点。结论国外居家养老服务研究热点有老年人及照顾者心理护理,居家养老服务的使用及影响,居家安宁疗护,预防老年人居家跌倒,居家养老服务组织与机构,居家远程医疗,老年人再入院率。

Abstract: Objective To analyze research hotspots of homecare services for the aged from 2013 to 2017 in PubMed,and provide references for the development of homecare services in China. Methods Literatures with key words including homecare services and aged were retrieved from PubMed. BICOMB 2.0 was used to generate high-frequency subject words and SPSS 21.0 for systematic cluster analysis. Results A total of 2,265 papers and 36 high-frequency subject words were included. Frequency of total words is 2,935 and there were 7 groups of research focuses. Conclusion Research hotspots of home-based care services include psychological care for the elderly and caregivers, access and influence of homecare services, home-based palliative care, prevention of falls for the elderly, home-based care organizations and institutions, home telemedicine, and readmission rate of the elderly.
