基于Web of Sciense的延续性护理研究热点前沿可视化分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的分析自建库起至2019年年底延续性护理英文文献中的热点和发展前沿,为我国护理人员提供借鉴和参考。方法以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据来源,采用文献可视化分析软件CiteSpace进行可视化分析。结果共检索到有效文献1 197篇,美国发文量居首位,文献最高被引频次达44次,高频关键词有：延续护理、质量、干预、健康照护等,延续性护理可分为3个方向：改革、质量评估和疾病应用,高强度突现词为：延续护理、质量、儿童、服务等。结论延续性护理的质量评估、维持护理的延续性分别为延续性护理的研究热点和发展前沿;我国与其他国家科研的合作中心度极弱,说明我国与其他国家之间的合作较少,在未来延续性护理领域需要加强国际之间的合作。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the hot spots and development frontiers of extended nursing from the inception of the Web of Science until the end of 2019, so as to provide reference for nursing staff in China. Methods We collected literature on extended nursing from Web of Science, and the software CiteSpace was used for visual analysis. Results A total of 1,197 valid documents were retrieved. The united states ranks first in the number of articles posted, with the highest frequency of citation of 44 times. The high-frequency keywords were extended nursing, quality, intervention, health care, etc.. There were three directions in extended nursing: reform, quality assessment and disease application and burst terms were continued nursing, quality, children, service, etc.. Conclusion The quality assessment of extended nursing and the continuity of maintenance nursing are the research hotspots and development frontiers of extended nursing respectively. There is few cooperation between China and other countries and more international cooperation on extended nursing is needed.
