类风湿关节炎患者用药依从性促进策略研究进展

摘要： 目的 论述类风湿关节炎患者用药依从性的促进策略,为临床护理工作及类风湿关节炎患者的用药管理提供借鉴。方法 通过全面检索,总结归纳国内外关于类风湿关节炎患者用药促进策略的最新研究进展。结果 类风湿关节炎患者用药依从性促进策略包括优化用药方案、采用用药行为提醒方式、使用自我监测及应用电子药物检测系统、心理干预及其他用药管理策略5部分。结论 我国类风湿关节炎患者用药依从性较差,建议医务人员指导患者探索更全面更有效的综合用药管理方案,提高患者的用药依从性。
