成人体外循环心脏手术患者预防手术部位感染的最佳证据总结

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的检索、评价并整合预防体外循环心脏手术患者手术部位感染的最佳证据,为临床医护人员预防手术部位感染提供可靠的循证依据。方法运用循证护理方法,按照“6 S”模型检索相关文献,包括临床决策、指南、专家共识、系统评价/Meta分析、证据总结,检索时限建库至2024年4月30日。由2名研究者独立对纳入的文献进行质量评价、证据分级与汇总。结果该研究共纳入25篇文献,包括5篇临床决策,11篇指南、3篇专家共识、6篇系统评价,从术前、术中、术后3个方面凝练出13个证据主题,术前患者准备、病情优化、皮肤准备、定植菌去除;术中手术室和人员管理、皮肤消毒、预防性抗生素、局部用物、体温管理、胸骨闭合;术后伤口管理、及时拔管、左心辅助装置泵缆线护理。结论本研究总结了国内外关于成人体外循环心脏手术患者手术部位感染预防的最佳证据,可为医护人员开展循证实践提供依据,更好地指导临床。
