肺移植患者住院期间体力活动的最佳证据总结

Best evidence summary for physical activity of hospitalized patients with lung transplant

摘要: 目的 检索、提取、评价和整合肺移植患者住院期间体力活动的相关证据,为制定科学的肺移植患者住院期间体力活动方案提供依据。方法 计算机检索国内外数据库中关于肺移植患者体力活动的相关文献,文献类型包括临床决策、推荐实践、指南、证据总结、专家共识、系统评价,检索时限为建库至2023年12月。结果 共纳入14篇文献,其中2篇临床决策,1篇推荐实践,4篇指南,1篇证据总结,2篇专家共识,4篇系统评价,汇总形成26条最佳证据,包括体力活动的益处、活动前评估、活动原则、活动时机、活动类型、活动强度/时间/频率、活动的安全性及质量控制8个方面。结论 临床医护人员可参考现有证据并结合患者需求、锻炼目标和临床实践情景制定适宜、安全、有效的体力活动方案,以期改善患者康复结局,形成肺移植患者体力活动实践的推广思路。

Abstract: Objective To retrieve, extract, evaluate and integrate the evidence of physical activity of patients with lung transplant during hospitalization, and to provide basis for formulating a scientific physical activity plan for this population. Methods Literature including clinical decision-making, recommended practice, guidelines, evidence summary, expert consensus and systematic evaluation on physical activity of patients with lung transplant were retrieved by computer from databases home and abroad. The retrieval time spanned from the inception of the database to December 2023. Results A total of 14 articles were collected, including 2 clinical decisions, 1 recommended practice, 4 guidelines, 1 evidence summary, 2 expert consensus and 4 systematic reviews. Twenty-six pieces of best evidence were finally formed, including the benefits of physical activity, pre-activity evaluation, activity principles, activity opportunity, activity type, activity intensity/time/frequency, activity safety and quality control. Conclusion An appropriate, safe and effective physical activity plan should be formulated with reference to the existing evidence, combined with patients’ needs, exercise goals and clinical scenarios, thus to improve the rehabilitation outcome of patients and promote physical activity for patients with lung transplant.
