信息支持在家属ICU后综合征心理干预中的应用进展

摘要： 目的 对国内外信息支持方式在家属ICU后综合征心理干预中的应用进行综述,以提供临床实践参考。方法 检索国内外相关文献,对家属ICU后综合征相关内容,及信息支持方式在家属中的应用现状进行综述。结果 深入探讨家属ICU后综合征的主要症状及其影响因素的同时,医务人员积极采取多元化的信息支持策略,包括面对面沟通、书面形式、家庭会议以及利用远程信息沟通等形式,旨在有效缓解家属的心理健康问题。结论 信息缺失为家属ICU后综合征的高危险因素,为家属提供信息支持至关重要,但目前缺少干预的实证研究,有待开展。
