消化性溃疡患者自我报告结局评估工具的研究进展

摘要： 目的 对国内外消化性溃疡自我报告结局评估工具进行综述,以期为护理人员选择合适的消化性溃疡患者自我报告结局工具及应用提供依据。方法 检索国内外相关文献,对国内外消化性溃疡自我报告结局评估工具进行文献检索,整理和分析。结果 汇总了普适性自我报告结局评估工具量表4个,特异性自我报告结局评估量表5个,对各量表的主要内容、应用现状、优点和局限性进行分析和总结。结论 开发适合通用型的消化性溃疡患者患者自我报告结局评估工具,为该类患者的疾病管理、临床决策等提供高质量依据,是未来努力的方向。
