205例胃癌复发患者自我怜悯现状及影响因素分析

Self-compassion and Its Influence Factors of Patients with Recurrent Gastric Cancer: A 205-case Study

摘要： 目的 调查胃癌患者复发后自我怜悯现状,分析其影响因素。方法 2020年6月—2021年7月,在郑州市3所三级甲等医院便利抽取205例胃癌复发患者,采用一般资料问卷、自悯量表、简化版失志量表、心理痛苦温度计对其进行调查。结果 胃癌复发患者自我怜悯得分（63.00±6.07）分,回归分析结果显示,患者的性别、复发类型、BI指数、失志水平以及心理痛苦是其影响因素（均P<0.05）,共解释总变异的36.0%。结论 胃癌复发患者自我怜悯水平较低,医护人员应重点关注女性患者、远处复发或转移、BI指数较低以及失志水平和心理痛苦程度较高的患者,采取有效的护理措施,帮助改善其自我怜悯水平。

Abstract: Objective To understand the current situation of self-compassion among patients with recurrent gastric cancer and to explore the possible influence factors. Methods With convenient sampling, 205 patients from three tertiary Grade A hospitals in Zhengzhou from June 2020 to July 2021 were surveyed with general information questionnaire, Self-compassion Scale, the Short Demoralization Scale, and Distress Thermometer. Results The average total score of self-compassion was 63.00±6.07. Regression analysis showed that sex, type of recurrence, Barthel Index, demoralization and psychological distress affected self-compassion of patients（all P<0.05), which explained 36.0% of the total variance. Conclusion Patients with recurrent gastric cancer have a lower level of self-compassion. Medical staff should focus on female patients and patients with distant recurrence or metastasis, low level of BI index, high levels of demoralization and psychological distress. Effective nursing measures are needed to help to ameliorate patients' self-compassion.
