助产士共情疲劳影响因素的研究进展

摘要： 目的 介绍共情疲劳的概念,分析影响助产士共情疲劳的相关因素。方法 归纳与总结国内外助产士共情疲劳影响因素的文献。结果 影响助产士共情疲劳的因素主要包括：人口学因素、心理因素、工作因素、组织因素及社会因素。结论 助产士共情疲劳受护龄、文化程度、心理、工作、组织、社会等因素影响,可在未来的研究探讨我国不同级别、不同区域的医院文化制度及医疗技术水平对助产士共情疲劳影响。
