老年终末期肾病患者参与治疗决策问题提示列表的构建

摘要： 目的 构建老年终末期肾病患者参与治疗决策的问题提示列表,为老年终末期肾病患者参与治疗决策提供参考依据。方法 在渥太华决策支持框架指导下,通过文献分析和半结构式访谈形成问题提示列表的初稿,采用德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询确定问题提示列表指标,采用层次分析法计算指标权重。结果 19名专家参与函询,2轮函询专家积极系数为100%,专家权威系数为0.91,第2轮函询一级指标、二级指标的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.231、0.242,最终形成包含5个一级指标和40个二级指标的问题提示列表。结论 本研究构建的老年终末期肾病患者参与治疗决策的问题提示列表具有一定的科学性、可靠性,可为促进老年终末期肾病患者参与治疗决策提供参考依据。
