5 280名老年人主观记忆障碍现状及影响因素研究

摘要： 目的 调查老年人主观记忆障碍现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 利用2018年中国健康与养老追踪调查数据库中8 254名老年人的人口学信息、主观记忆状况、午睡时间、抑郁症状和体力活动等数据,研究分析主观记忆障碍现状及影响因素。采用卡方检验、二元Logistic 回归分析进行数据处理。结果 本研究中有5 280名（63.96%）老人存在主观记忆障碍。二元Logistic回归分析显示：高龄、女性、中学及以上受教育程度、短时间午睡、长时间午睡及有抑郁症状为老年人主观记忆障碍的危险因素（P<0.05）,已婚、个人平均月收入>5 000元、中强度及高强度体力活动为老年人主观记忆障碍的保护性因素（P<0.05）。结论 我国老年人主观记忆障碍发生率较高,高龄、女性、受教育程度高、短时间午睡、长时间午睡及有抑郁症状为老年人主观记忆障碍的危险因素,已婚、个人平均月收入高、中高强度体力活动为老年人主观记忆障碍的保护性因素。医护人员应加强对老年人的记忆与认知功能评估,尽早采取针对性的预防干预措施,延缓其向痴呆症发展。
