重复性负性思维的研究进展

摘要: 目的 对重复性负性思维的研究现状进行综述,为开展进一步研究制定干预方案提供参考。方法 检索国内外相关文献,从概念发展、评估工具及影响因素3方面进行总结归纳和分析。结果 重复性负性思维作为多种精神障碍疾病的认知过程,是常见精神障碍疾病的关键危险因素,持续性思维问卷是评估重复性负性思维最常用的工具之一。重复性负性思维的影响因素包括人口学因素、个体因素和外部因素。结论 目前对重复性负性思维影响因素的研究主要集中于个体因素,人口学因素和外部因素研究较少,未来应该开发适用于我国人群的重复性负性思维评估工具,探究其影响因素,为进一步构建干预方案提供依据。
