实习初期护生共情能力潜在剖面及影响因素的研究

Latent profile and influencing factors of empathy of nursing students at early stage of internship

摘要： 目的 探索实习初期护生共情能力的潜在类别,进一步分析不同类别的人群特征及影响因素。方法 于2022年6—8月整群抽取山东省2所三级甲等综合医院的实习护生367名,采用一般资料调查问卷、杰弗逊共情量表和专业自我概念量表调查。采用潜在剖面分析法对实习护生共情能力进行分类,使用二元Logistic回归确定共情能力的影响因素。结果 实习护生共情能力共分为2个潜在类别,包括高采择-低情感-低思考组（低共情能力组,11.72%）和高采择-高情感-高思考组（高共情能力组,88.28%）。家庭居住地、专业技能、沟通交流会对实习初期护生共情能力的潜在类别产生影响（P<0.05）。结论 实习初期护生共情能力存在异质性,护理教育者和管理者应多关注共情能力较低的护生,并根据不同潜在类别的影响因素制定针对性的干预策略。

Abstract: Objective To explore the latent categories of empathy of nursing students at early stage of internship, and analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of different categories. Methods A cluster of 367 nursing interns from two tertiary grade-A general hospitals in Shandong Province from June to August 2022 were selected and investigated with General Information Questionnaire, Jefferson Scale of Empathy Health Professional, and the Professional Self-concept of Nurses Instrument. The latent profile analysis was used to classify the empathy of nursing students, and binary logistic regression was used to determine the influencing factors of empathy. Results The empathy of nursing interns was divided into two latent categories, high-selection low-emotion low-thinking group (low empathy group, 11.72%) and high-selection high-emotion high-thinking group (high empathy group, 88.28%). The latent categories of empathy of nursing students at early stage of the internship were affected by family residence, professional skills, and communications (P<0.05). Conclusion There is heterogeneity in empathy of nursing students at early stage of internship. Nursing educators and managers should pay more attention to nursing students with lower level of empathy and formulate targeted interventions according to different influencing factors.
