癌症幸存者社会比较及相关研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的综述国内外癌症幸存者社会比较相关研究进展,指出存在的问题和未来研究的方向,为国内开展癌症幸存者社会比较的研究提供参考。方法检索国内外相关文献,对癌症幸存者社会比较的现状及相关研究进行总结归纳。结果不同情境下癌症幸存者社会比较方式不同,癌症幸存者社会比较与其人格特质、情绪、生活质量、社会融入有关。结论癌症幸存者社会比较具有复杂的作用机制,目前癌症幸存者社会比较的研究多集中于现状调查及对不良健康结局的影响,干预方法尚处于探索阶段,未来应结合我国国情探索针对性的干预方法。
