健康服务领域老年人年龄歧视研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的梳理国内外老年人年龄歧视研究现状,为消除健康服务领域老年人年龄歧视提供参考。方法检索国内外老年人年龄歧视相关文献,从年龄歧视的概念、相关理论、老年人年龄歧视的现状、对老年人的影响以及干预措施方面进行综述。结果目前国内对老年人年龄歧视研究较少,国外相关研究不断增加。老年人年龄歧视情况较为普遍,对老年人精神心理、躯体生理、社会关系等方面都有一定影响,主要通过健全法律制度、加强老年知识教育、增加代际接触减少老年歧视。结论今后可依据国情,对健康服务领域老年人年龄歧视进行调查分析,探索合理的干预措施。
