代际方案在老年痴呆患者中的应用研究进展

摘要： 目的 综述代际方案在老年痴呆患者中的临床应用现状,为促进老年痴呆患者的护理发展提供参考。方法 检索国内外相关研究文献,从代际方案的起源发展、理论基础、干预内容和形式及应用效果等方面进行总结。结果 代际方案可有效改善或维持老年痴呆患者的认知功能、减少其负性情绪、增加社会互动、提高生活质量,但其在实践中也存在不足。结论 代际方案在国外发展较早较快,积累了一定的实践经验,在我国老年痴呆患者中实施相对较少,符合我国文化背景和现代技术发展的代际方案构建及评价等有待进一步研究与探讨。
