国外安宁疗护中慈悲社区的应用进展及启示

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的综述慈悲社区在安宁疗护中的研究及应用进展,为国内政策制定者提供参考。方法检索国内外慈悲社区的相关文献,从慈悲社区的概念及发展背景、国外慈悲社区在安宁疗护中的应用模式及进展等方面进行综述。结果慈悲社区有利于改善终末期患者及其照顾者的生活质量,缓解患者的身心痛苦。结论国外已经将慈悲社区广泛应用到安宁疗护中,而国内相关研究及应用较少,借鉴国外经验,为建设适合我国文化背景的慈悲社区提供理论依据和实践指导。
