护生人格画像的潜在剖面与专业认同的关系研究

Relationship between Personality Portraits and Professional Identity: A Latent Profile Analysis

摘要: 目的 基于个体为中心的视角探究护理专业学生的人格画像,分析其与专业认同的关系及专业认同的影响因素。方法 采用一般资料问卷、大五人格特质量表和大学生专业认同量表对广东省、山东省某4所大学的1 167名护生进行问卷调查。运用潜在剖面分析识别人格特质的潜在类别。结果 护生的人格特质被识别为三个潜在类别的模型,分别定义为过度敏感型(15.34%)、普通型(63.41%)和灵活适应型(21.25%)。在专业认同得分上,灵活适应型>普通型>过度敏感型。性别、护理榜样、转专业意愿和人格画像在专业认同水平上存在差异(P<0.05)。结论 护生的人格特质呈现类别分布,即过度敏感型、普通型和灵活适应型;过度敏感型者专业认同感最低,需重点关注;性别、护理榜样、转专业意愿和人格画像是护生专业认同感的重要影响因素。

Abstract: Objective To explore the personality portrait of nursing students from an individual-centered perspective and analyze its relationship with professional identity and the influencing factors of professional identity. Methods In this study, 1,167 nursing students from four universities in Guangdong Province and Shandong Province were investigated by general information questionnaire, Neuroticism Extraversion Openness Five-Factor Inventory and Professional Identity Questionnaire for Undergraduates. Latent profile analysis was used to identify the potential categories of personality traits. Results The personality traits of nursing students were identified as three potential models: oversensitive type (15.34%), generic type (63.41%) and flexible adaptive type (21.25%). In terms of professional identity score, students of flexible adaptive type scored highest, followed by those of generic type and those of oversensitive type. Gender, nursing role model, willingness to change major and personality portrait were influencing factors of professional identity (P<0.05). Conclusion Personality traits of nursing students are divided into different types, namely oversensitive, generic, and flexible adaptive types. Among them, students of oversensitive type have the lowest professional identity, requiring more attention. Gender, nursing role model, willingness to change major and personality portraits are important influencing factors of nursing students’ professional identity.
