放化疗鼻咽癌患者消化道症状管理的最佳证据总结

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的评价并总结放化疗鼻咽癌患者消化道症状管理的相关证据,为临床护理人员实施放化疗鼻咽癌消化道症状的管理提供参考依据。方法按照“6S”金字塔证据模型,利用计算机自顶层资源开始自上而下检索,时间范围为建库至2021年3月26日。由2名研究者独立对纳入的文献进行质量评价与证据提取。结果共纳入文献16篇,指南6篇,系统评价8篇,证据总结2篇,总结共22条证据。结论总结了目前关于放化疗鼻咽癌患者消化道症状管理的最佳证据,包括口腔黏膜炎的管理、味觉改变或丧失及恶心呕吐的管理3个方面。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate and summarize the best evidence of management of gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy, and to provide reference for clinical nursing staff of management of gastrointestinal symptoms. Methods Based on the 6S hierarchical evidence pyramid, the top-down retrieval from the top-level resources was conducted by computer from the inception to March 26, 2021. Results A total of 16 articles were found, including 6 guidelines, 8 systematic reviews, 2 evidence summaries, and 22 pieces of evidence were summarized. Conclusion The current best evidence for the management of gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy is summarized, including the prevention and treatment of oral mucositis, taste changes or loss of taste, and the management of nausea and vomiting during chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
