阿尔茨海默病患者音乐治疗的最佳证据总结

摘要

目的总结阿尔茨海默病患者音乐治疗的最佳证据。方法采用系统性检索方法检索相关数据库及网站中涉及阿尔茨海默病患者音乐治疗的有关文献,2名研究人员对符合纳入与排除标准的文献进行整合、分类及证据提取。结果最终选取了25篇文献,其中指南3篇,最佳实践1篇,证据总结4篇,系统评价14篇,专家共识3篇;从阿尔茨海默病患者音乐治疗获益、音乐治疗时机、音乐治疗评估、音乐治疗模式、音乐治疗剂量、音乐类型、实施主体人员、注意事项8个方面总结出23条证据。结论阿尔茨海默病患者音乐治疗的最佳证据可为临床医护人员开展音乐治疗提供循证依据,实施者应结合实际应用场景,考虑方案实施的促进和阻碍因素,审慎的选择并应用证据,以保证治疗效果的最大化。
