成人ICU患者疼痛管理的最佳证据总结

摘要： 目的 检索、评价和总结成人ICU患者疼痛管理的最佳证据,为临床提供参考。方法 采用循证护理的方法,针对成人ICU患者疼痛的管理提出循证问题,检索相关文献,采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心的文献评价标准和证据分级系统,对纳入的文献进行质量评价、分级和证据提取。结果 共纳入文献19篇,包括临床决策1篇,指南5篇,证据总结4篇,系统评价6篇,专家共识3篇,经过专业判断,共汇总出23条成人ICU患者疼痛管理的最佳证据,包括基本原则、评估工具、干预时机、药物干预、非药物干预及动态评估6个方面。结论 本研究总结了目前关于成人ICU患者疼痛管理的最佳证据,为规范ICU医务人员进行疼痛管理提供循证依据,旨在降低ICU患者疼痛及疼痛相关并发症的发生率,改善患者预后,提升护理质量。
