乳腺癌患者性生活体验质性研究的Meta整合

Sexual Experience of Breast Cancer Patients: A Qualitative Meta-synthesis

摘要： 目的 系统评价乳腺癌患者性生活体验的质性研究。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、The Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、维普从建库至2018年12月有关乳腺癌患者性生活体验的质性研究。依据JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准（2016）对文献进行评价,采用Meta整合的方法对研究结果进行整合。结果 共纳入10项研究,提炼出44个研究结果,形成7个新的类别,综合得3个整合结果：（1）乳腺癌及其治疗严重影响患者的性生理、心理和伴侣间亲密关系;（2）患者肯定性生活的重要性,并采取积极措施应对性困扰;（3）患者性认知匮乏,渴望获得专业的性健康知识。结论 医护人员应重视乳腺癌患者的性生活体验,对其进行性健康教育,帮助患者对抗性困扰、提高其性认知水平,促进其性康复。

Abstract: Objective To systematically evaluate qualitative studies on sexual life experience of breast cancer patients. Methods We searched qualitative studies on sexual experience of breast cancer patients from PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, The Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP from the inception to December 2018. The literature was evaluated according to the Quality Evaluation Standards of JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Center (2016), and then results were integrated. Results A total of 10 studies were included and 44 research results were extracted to form 7 new categories and 3 integrated results were obtained including serious influence of breast cancer and its treatment on patients' sexual physiology and psychology and intimate relationship with their partners; the importance of sexual life and active measures to cope with sexual distress and inadequate sexual cognition and desire to acquire sexual health knowledge. Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to sexual life experience of breast cancer patients, provide sexual health education to improve their sexual cognition level and their sexual rehabilitation.
