摘要: 目的 对透析间期体质量增加的影响因素进行综述,为控制血液透析患者透析间期体质量增加的干预措施制定提供参考。方法 通过检索国内外文献,归纳、总结血液透析患者透析间期体质量增加的影响因素。结果 从人口学因素、疾病相关因素、患者自身因素和环境因素4类大的方面,分析了透析间期体质量增加的影响因素共有19项。结论 透析间期体质量增加影响因素的研究更加全面深入,其涉及范围扩展到国别、种族、宗教信仰、生理生化指标、环境因素等方面,未来应充分考虑多种因素的共同作用,为后续开展干预措施奠定基础。
