园艺疗法在阿兹海默病患者护理中的应用现状

摘要： 目的 通过分析,总结国外运用园艺疗法干预阿兹海默病的研究进展,以期为我国医护人员在临床开展园艺疗法提供参考和依据。方法 通过全面检索文献,对近年来国外关于园艺疗法在阿兹海默病的应用文献进行提取、综合并和分析。结果 回顾了园艺疗法的定义、历史发展、理论基础,并对干预方案、应用效果进行综述。结论 园艺疗法作为一种综合各学科优势的非药物疗法,对调节身心、减少行为问题具有一定的疗效;对延缓病情、提高患者及其照料者生活质量有重要的意义;在减轻公共医疗保健,提高护理质量方面也有很大帮助。今后可借鉴国外经验,探索出适合我国国情和满足患者需求的园艺疗法干预模式,以提高患者生活质量,促进身心康复。
