首次体外受精-胚胎移植女性患者心理弹性在疾病认知和生育压力间的中介效应

摘要： 目的 调查首次体外受精-胚胎移植女性患者生育压力水平,并探讨心理弹性在患者疾病认知与生育压力之间的中介效应。方法 方便选取首次接受体外受精-胚胎移植治疗女性患者323例,采用疾病感知问卷中文简化版、心理弹性量表简化版和生育压力量表分别评估患者疾病认知、心理弹性和生育压力水平。结果 首次体外受精-胚胎移植女性患者生育压力评分为（138.13±32.06）分;生育压力及其各维度与疾病认知呈正相关（r=0.353~0.483,均P<0.01）,与心理弹性呈负相关（r=-0.199~-0.390,均P<0.01）;Bootstrap检验中介效应结果显示：心理弹性在疾病认知与社会压力、性压力、夫妻关系压力和父母角色需要压力间具有显著中介效应,中介效应量为16.9%。结论 首次接受体外受精-胚胎移植治疗女性具有可比较的生育压力,心理弹性在疾病认知和生育压力间具有显著中介作用,干预提高心理弹性可能是改善生育压力的有效途径。
