对分娩中产妇应用会阴评估量表指导会阴切开的效果观察

摘要： 目的 探讨在分娩中的产妇应用会阴评估量表指导会阴切开的应用效果。方法 选取我院符合经阴道分娩条件的孕产妇400例,根据入院时间顺序依次编号,单号为观察组,双号为对照组,每组各200例。对照组采用传统会阴保护方式接产,观察组对分娩中的产妇应用会阴评估量表指导会阴切开。观察比较2组产妇在分娩时的会阴切开率会阴损伤情况和母婴结局。结果 观察组产妇会阴切开率低于对照组,观察组产妇会阴损伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意（P<0.05）。观察组伤口愈合不良低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 应用会阴评估量表评估有助于规范限制性使用会阴切开术,能够降低自然分娩中产妇的会阴切开率,保持产妇会阴完整,降低母婴不良结局。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application of perineal assessment scale in perineotomy. Methods Four hundred puerperae were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 200 cases in each group. In the control group, puerperae received traditional perineal care and in the observation group, perineal assessment scale was used in guiding perineotomy . Rate of perineal incision, perineal injury and maternal and neonatal outcomes in the two groups were compared. Results There were lower rate of perineal incision and perineal injury in the observation group, indicating statistical significance (P<0.05) and the healing of perineum in the observation group was better (P<0.05). Conclusion Perineal assessment scale can be used to guide perineotomy, which helps to lower the rate of perineal incision and adverse maternal and outcomes.
