慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理影响因素的研究进展

摘要： 目的 通过对慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理的影响因素进行综述,为临床提高其自我护理水平,制定相应的干预措施提供理论依据。方法 对国内外文献进行检索,对纳入的相关研究内容进行提取与归纳。结果 慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理的影响因素主要包含人口学因素、疾病因素、心理因素、社会因素及其他因素。结论 慢性心力衰竭患者的自我护理受诸多方面影响,未来的研究应进一步考虑这些影响因素的相互作用,为构建干预方案提供理论基础。
