老年人机构养老适应评估工具的研究进展

摘要： 目的 总结目前国内外关于老年人机构养老适应评估工具,为今后开展相关研究提供参考依据。方法 全面检索 PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、Sinomed、CNKI、维普、万方等数据库,收集整理从建库至2019年6月发表的有关老人入住机构后生活适应评估工具的相关文献,并进行汇总分析。结果 共检索到7个常用评估工具,其中国外有养老院适应量表（The Nursing Home Adjustment Scale,NHAS）、迁移适应指数量表（The Index of Relocation Adjustment, IRA）、养老院老人适应量表（Echelled'Adaptation de la Personne Agéeàsa Résidence, EAPAR）,国内有老年人机构养老适应问卷、老年心理社会适应量表（The Geriatric Psychosocial Adaptation Scale,GPAS）、安养机构老人适应问题量表、机构老人对于生活适应的实际感受量表。结论 上述关于机构老人生活适应评估工具的信效度较好,能够从生理、心理、社会、环境等多方面反应老人的适应情况,但针对我国机构老人的本土化量表较少。建议今后应在充分学习、借鉴国外经验基础上,发展针对我国机构老人的特异性测量工具。
