肺癌临床护理专家角色功能概况及其在英美的研究现状

摘要： 目的 综述英美等国家在肺癌临床护理专家角色功能的现况,结合我国临床现状探讨肺癌临床护理专家在肺癌治护领域中的重要作用,旨在为完善我国肺癌护理工作人员角色功能,促进我国肺癌护理质量提升提供参考。方法 检索PubMed、CINAHL、Embase、中国知网、万方、维普等中英文数据库,查阅近年与肺癌临床护理专家相关文献资料,进行分析与归纳总结。结果 肺癌临床护理专家角色的概念及界定尚未统一,角色功能涵盖肺癌患者疾病筛查、评估、诊断、治疗及随访的全程,各个阶段角色功能的内涵及意义仍在细化与探索中,但是肺癌临床护理专家的设置可促进肺癌治疗质量的提升已经得到公认。结论 肺癌临床护理专家角色功能的探讨仍需更多细化研究,尽早设置肺癌临床护理专家有助于完善我国肺癌患者的全程管理,促进我国肺癌护理研究与国际接轨。
