孤独症谱系障碍患儿实施引导式教育的效果观察

Effect of Conductive Education on Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

摘要: 目的 探讨基于引导式教育在孤独症谱系障碍患儿中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年2月—2018年6月我院收治的36例孤独症谱系障碍儿童作为研究对象,实施引导式教育。分别于干预前和干预6个月末采用儿童孤独症家长评分量表、儿童孤独症评定量表评估患儿孤独症症状。结果 干预6个月末患儿的儿童孤独症家长评分量表各维度得分、总分均明显低于干预前(P<0.05);干预6个月末患儿的儿童孤独症评定量表总分均明显低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论 基于引导式教育可改善孤独症谱系障碍患儿社交能力,减轻行为问题,值得临床借鉴。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of conductive education on children with autism spectrum disorders. Methods Totally 36 children with autism spectrum disorder admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study and all the children received conductive education. The severity of clinical symptoms was evaluate by the children's autism parent rating scale(ABC) and childhood autism rating scale (CARS) before and after the intervention. Results At the end of 6-month intervention, the total score and scores of each dimensions of ABC were significantly lower than those before the intervention (P<0.05). The total score of CARS was significantly lower than that before the intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion Conductive education can significantly improve social communication ability of children with autism spectrum disorders, and mitigate behavioral problems. It is worthy of clinical application.
