痴呆患者参与决策及决策辅助的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的通过总结和分析痴呆患者参与决策的影响因素、形式及决策辅助,以期为医务人员开展针对痴呆患者和家庭照顾者的干预提供参考。方法通过全面检索文献,总结归纳痴呆患者参与决策的影响因素、形式及决策辅助的研究进展。结果影响痴呆患者参与决策的因素包括人口学特征、认知损害、决策能力及社会支持。痴呆患者参与决策的形式主要有预先照护计划、共享决策及替代决策。决策辅助可以减少决策冲突,是痴呆患者及家属参与决策的有利工具。结论医务人员应灵活运用各种决策形式及决策辅助,开展沟通技能培训等项目,促进患者参与决策,减少决策冲突,提高决策质量。
