慢性病患者家属照顾者相关服务研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的综述照顾慢性病患者的家属的相关服务研究进展,为制定科学、规范的护理服务措施提供理论参考。方法通过检索文献,总结归纳国内外关于慢性病患者家属照顾者的相关服务状况。结果国外的慢性病患者家属照顾者相关服务的供给多式多样,以政府部门提供的服务多见,但服务质量不高。家属对服务的利用状况欠佳,表现为对支持性服务了解不足、利用率较低。结论慢性病患者家属照顾者的相关服务存在提供和利用不均衡,家属照顾者没有获得足够的专业协助,建议结合社会现实和照顾者的个体差异,提供针对性的相关护理服务,以提高照顾者的生活质量,改善照顾者的照护质量。
