本科护生专业适应性现状及影响因素研究

Professional Adaptability of Nursing Students and Its Influence Factors

摘要: 目的 探讨护生专业适应性现状及影响因素,为改善护生专业适应性,提高职业胜任力实证依据。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取某医科大学839名本科护生为研究对象,使用一般资料问卷、情绪智力量表以及大学生专业适应性量表进行调查,并运用多元线性回归分析方法探讨护生专业适应性影响因素。结果 本科护生专业适应性总分为(100.13±13.12)分,条目总均分为(2.63±0.35)分。多元线性回归分析显示,年级、专业喜欢程度、情绪智力是专业适应性的影响因素(P<0.05),共解释总变异的27.4%。结论 本科护生专业适应性总体处于中上水平;年级、专业喜欢程度和情绪智力是本科护生专业适应性的影响因素。护理教育者应关注本科护生早期阶段专业适应性问题,引导学生正确认识护理专业;增设情绪智力教育课程,利用情绪智力正向推动作用,帮助专业适应不良的学生摆脱困境。

Abstract: Objective To explore current situation and influencing factors of professional adaptability in nursing students, and to provide evidence for improving professional adaptability and professional competence of nursing students. Methods By using convenience sampling method, 839 nursing students in a medical university were investigated by using general information questionnaire, Emotional Intelligence Scale (EIS) and College Students' Professional Adaptability Scale. Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of nursing students' professional adaptability. Results The total score of professional adaptability of nursing students was 100.13 ±13.12 and the average score of each item was 2.63±0.35. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that grade, professional preference and emotional intelligence were the influencing factors of professional adaptability (P<0.05), accounting for 27.4% of the total variation. Conclusion Nursing students' professional adaptability was generally in the upper middle level;grade, professional preference and emotional intelligence were the influencing factors of professional adaptability in nursing students. Nursing educators should pay more attention to professional adaptability in the early stage of nursing students, and guide them to understand nursing profession correctly. More intelligence education courses will be helpful for students to improve their professional adaptability.
