糖尿病患者病耻感影响因素的研究进展

摘要： 目的 对糖尿病患者病耻感影响因素的研究进展进行综述,为制定针对性的干预措施提供参考。方法 对相关文献资料进行检索与回顾,总结归纳国内外关于糖尿病患者病耻感影响因素的研究进展。结果 糖尿病患者病耻感的影响因素主要包括:社会层面,即糖尿病刻板印象的存在;医院层面,即医务工作者理解的不足;家庭层面,即家庭支持的欠缺;个人层面,即疾病隐匿困难、糖尿病并发症的困扰、生育安全的担忧。结论 糖尿病病耻感的影响因素多,针对糖尿病病耻感的干预研究是未来的研究方向。
