妇科恶性肿瘤患者性健康研究进展

摘要： 目的 阐述妇科恶性肿瘤患者性健康的相关研究进展,为开展妇科恶性肿瘤患者性健康护理提供参考。方法 总结国内外文献研究,对妇科恶性肿瘤患者性健康的评估、研究现状、影响因素及干预措施进行综述。结果 妇科恶性肿瘤患者的性生理健康、性心理健康、伴侣关系健康及性社会文化健康均有不同程度的受损;可用于评估妇科恶性肿瘤患者性健康的评估工具有性健康问卷、性功能指数量表、宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌性幸福感量表等,评估工具多为国外开发,我国相关研究少见;妇科恶性肿瘤患者性健康受疾病及治疗、生理、社会心理等多种因素影响;干预措施有心理干预、物理疗法与运动干预、药物干预等。结论 妇科恶性肿瘤患者的性健康问题不容忽视,未来可基于现有研究开发适合我国国情文化的妇科恶性肿瘤患者的性健康评估工具,探索妇科恶性肿瘤患者性健康教育方案及干预方案,并开展相关的干预研究。
