安宁疗护患者尊严保护的干预研究进展

摘要： 目的 综述安宁疗护患者在尊严保护方面的干预研究进展,以供临床应用参考借鉴。方法 检索国内外数据库相关文献,从安宁疗护患者的尊严水平、影响因素、干预进展及干预效果进行综述。结果 接受安宁疗护患者尊严感较低。尊严保护的干预对象现已扩大到除绝症以外的人群,由面对面半结构访谈扩展到线上干预,主要为对话-资料整理-和家人分享-行动。尊严疗法运用范围最广,家庭尊严干预更适合我国国情,有助于提高尊严,改善精神健康,促进家庭关系,提高生活质量。结论 尊严保护作为针对接受安宁疗护患者一种有效的干预措施,后续有待根据不同人群及病种采取不同的干预措施,以期为安宁疗护的相关研究提供借鉴和参考。
