社区老年人对照护机器人感知与期望的Meta整合

摘要: 目的 系统评价居家养老的社区老年人对于照护机器人感知与期望的质性研究。方法 计算机检索Cochrane Library、Web of Science、PubMed、PsycINFO、CINAHL、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)和万方数据库(Wanfang Data)中社区老年人对照护机器人感知与期望相关的质性研究,检索时间均为建库至2023年3月,文献质量评价后采取汇集性整合法进行Meta整合。结果 共纳入10项研究,归纳形成11个新类别,得出3个整合结果,分别是老年人对居家使用照护机器人的多重角色感知、老年人对照护机器人尚存诸多顾虑和老年人期待未来居家照护机器人更具人性化和拟人化特征期望。结论 老年人对机器人存在多重感知角色和担忧,照护机器人设计中应当注重人性化设计和拟人化特征,并提供系统化的社会支持。
