孕期丧失患者创伤后应激障碍研究进展

摘要： 目的 了解孕期丧失患者创伤后应激障碍相关研究进展,为开展孕期丧失患者创伤后应激障碍的研究提供参考。方法 对国内外文献进行相关主题的检索、分析与提取,分别对孕期丧失的概念与创伤后应激障碍的概念、发生情况、测评工具与影响因素进行综述。结果 国外孕期丧失患者创伤后应激障碍发生率7%~60%,国内孕期丧失患者创伤后应激障碍发生率1.8%~18.2%;在国外孕期丧失患者创伤后应激障碍在1个月或3个月时发生水平最高;现DSM-5修订版的创伤后应激障碍自评量表包括：创伤后应激障碍症状筛查量表、创伤后应激障碍初级保健量表、创伤后诊断量表等;孕期丧失患者创伤后应激障碍的影响因素包含人口学因素、生育因素、亲密关系因素社会支持因素与认知因素等。结论 随着近年来对孕期女性心理健康的重视,关于孕期各类心理健康的研究逐步增加,孕期丧失患者创伤后应激障碍研究的开展为孕期丧失患者心理障碍的预防和干预提供依据。
