临床实践项目持续性评估工具的范围综述

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的全面收集国内外用于评估项目持续性的工具,比较其内涵、开发过程、特点以及应用情况,为临床医护人员持续开展循证护理实践选择持续性评估工具,促进循证临床实践项目科学、有效地持续性开展提供参考。方法计算机检索 PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库,查找用于评估项目实践持续性的工具,检索时限为从建库至2020年12月。提取各工具的条目数、信效度、评分方法、特点及适用范围等信息,对其进行描述。结果最终纳入7个持续性评估工具,共18篇全文文献,10篇关于评估工具的开发,8篇关于评估工具的运用。结论护理人员应根据我国国情与目前的医疗卫生资源来选择恰当的持续性评估工具,以促进基于最佳证据的循证实践项目持续进行,给患者带来最佳的临床结局。

Abstract: Objective To comprehensively collect the tools used to evaluate project sustainability at home and abroad, and compare their connotation, development process, characteristics and application, so as to provide reference for clinical medical staff to select the tools for evidence-based nursing practice and promote the effective sustainable development of evidence-based practice projects in clinical practice. Methods PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, CKNI, China Biomedical Literature Database and Wanfang Database were searched by computer to find the tools used to evaluate the sustainability of project practice. The retrieval time was from the inception to December 2020. The number of items, reliability and validity, scoring method, characteristics and applicable scope of each tool were extracted and described. Results This study included 7 sustainability assessment tools and 18 full-text articles: 10 on the development of assessment tools and 8 on the application of assessment tools. Conclusion Nursing staff should choose appropriate sustainability assessment tools according to national conditions and current medical resources to promote the continuous implementation of evidence-based practice projects based on the best evidence for the best clinical outcomes of patients.
