母婴皮肤接触方法及实施现状

摘要： 目的 总结母婴皮肤接触的实施方法和现状。方法 从母婴皮肤接触的临床意义、具体实施方法、国内外应用情况等方面进行综述。结果 产后早期母婴皮肤接触不仅有利于促进产妇泌乳,还可促进新生儿生理功能的发展。母婴皮肤接触可应用于阴道分娩新生儿、剖宫产新生儿及早产儿监护室中的新生儿。结论 在新生儿生命体征稳定的情况下,无论足月与否,无论是阴道分娩还是剖宫产,均应尽早开始母婴皮肤接触。实施前要加强对产妇,尤其是初产妇的培训指导,实施过程中做好对母婴的观察和监测,在保证安全的前提下充分发挥母婴皮肤接触的积极作用。
